Is there a setup fee?
No. Setup, onboarding, and training are included in every plan. Most centres are live within 7 days. Send us your tenant list and branding, and we handle the rest.
Can I switch plans if my tenant count changes?
Yes. If you grow beyond your current tier, we'll upgrade you at the next billing cycle. If you shrink, let us know and we'll adjust.
What's the contract length?
Annual billing gets you the 20% discount shown. Monthly billing is available at the standard rate. Cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.
Is my tenant data safe?
