By accessing or using Wltr ("the Service"), operated by Studio Riggall Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These terms apply to all users of the Service, including workspace operators ("Operators"), their team members ("Admins"), and tenants within their buildings ("Tenants").
Wltr is a platform that helps workspace operators connect tenants commercially through AI-powered matching, referral tracking, engagement scoring, and related tools. The Service includes:
To use the Service as an Operator, you must create an account with accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to bind the organisation you represent.
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Current pricing is available at wltr.uk/pricing. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe. All fees are in GBP and exclusive of VAT where applicable.
We may offer free trial periods. At the end of a trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to the Service ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to store, display, and process it solely to provide the Service.
You are responsible for ensuring Your Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
Operators are data controllers for the personal data of their tenants stored within the Service. We act as a data processor on your behalf. Our processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and any applicable Data Processing Agreement.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyse tenant profiles and suggest commercial matches. AI-generated suggestions are provided as recommendations only and do not constitute business advice. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, relevance, or commercial outcome of any match.
The Service, including its design, code, logos, and AI models, is owned by Studio Riggall Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.
We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. Support is provided via email during UK business hours.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Annual subscriptions can be cancelled with effect from the end of the annual term.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, fail to pay fees, or engage in conduct that harms the Service or other users. We will provide reasonable notice where possible.
Upon termination, we will make your data available for export for 30 days. After this period, we may delete your data in accordance with our retention policies.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Studio Riggall Ltd from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email and by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
